Also equipped with fleets of Horizontal Boring Mills and Gantry Mills. Maximum lift of 160 Tons with 55 ft Clearance under Hook. Materials machined include Exotic high nickel alloys to 4130 to F22.
Precision CNC machining services of large parts. Materials worked with include stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, copper and Inconel®. Capable of machining parts up to 50 feet in dia and 250ft length. Secondary services such as assembly, welding, kitting, metrology and inspection are also offered. Prototype and low to high volume production are available. Serves the, military, defense, oil and gas industries. Emergency and rush services are provided. Blanket orders are accepted.
